What to include

  • The email address connected to your Lomar account, if any.
  • Your device model, iOS version, and app version.
  • A short description of the issue and the steps that led to it.
  • For billing questions, include the App Store receipt or Apple order identifier if available. Do not send payment card details.

App Store subscriptions and purchases

If you purchased through Apple's App Store, billing, cancellation, and refunds may be handled by Apple under Apple's App Store rules. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

Brand scans and generated output

Lomar may analyze publicly reachable website and product information when you submit a URL. We do not ask you to submit login-only, private, sensitive, or confidential material. Generated output is a draft for your review, not a guarantee that an ad platform, trademark owner, or third party will approve it.
